Pennie has raced but clearly shows that it is not for her. Therefore, she is sold as a riding horse and will be permanently banned from racing and must NOT be driven with a cart. Pennie has received 39 points Double diploma, both jumping and gaits Loose jumped a lot where she shows very good willingness and technique. Did the driving test very well as a 2-year-old. Has done well at the races with a victory last in April and has a real winner's mentality but becomes too sharp in the turn. She has had a foal in 2025 that received 38 points, she was a very good mother in every way. Pennie can go with most in the pasture and fits just as well in a loose housing as in a box, but not in a confined box where she cannot see out in all directions. Travels well on a trailer. Has been shod when training for racing but has nice hooves and can manage to be barefoot if ridden on better surfaces. Can be tricky during shoeing. She enjoys training in a group and moves forward everywhere, meeting most vehicles without flinching. By herself, she can become insecure. With us, she has mostly been driven and only ridden sporadically in the woods, but she is very comfortable with a rider and relaxes better than in front of the cart. Super nice to long-line and has done some forest driving with lighter logs. Also started dressage in long-lining. Very careful about the home and references are a requirement. This is not a beginner horse. Not for companionship Not for driving Not to be loaned out. Preferably to a home that intends to compete in another discipline.
