21-year-old warmblood mare looking for a new home as a companion

Warmblood mare, born 21 years ago. Majken came to us 5 years ago in quite poor condition, and I am happy to share more about this if interested. Since then, she has only been used as a companion horse and for walks, as she does not find riding very fun. According to a previous owner, she loves to be driven, but she has not been driven in over 10 years. No previous injuries that I am aware of, and she has never injured herself here with us. Majken is a determined lady who requires getting to know her person properly, and if you allow her to do so, you will have a friend for life. She loves cuddles and grooming and can stand and sleep in the stable aisle while you take care of her. She is super nice to trim and can stay inside alone as long as she has something to chew on. She is not very fond of traveling in a trailer and has not done so since she arrived here 5 years ago. Majken has worked best here with geldings and she thrives best in a loose housing system. She should have free access to hay or haylage in the winter as she easily loses weight otherwise. The right home is more important than the price, and references will be required.
